The whole province mobilized over 41 billion VND for the Scholarship Fund.

(Baonghean)- YearIn 2012, the Education Promotion Association at all levels mobilized over 41 billion VND in the Education Promotion Fund. Of which: the provincial level mobilized 750 million VND; the district level over 2.6 billion VND; the grassroots level over 19.5 billion VND; agencies and units over 1.7 billion VND; and clans and fellow countrymen over 16.6 billion VND.

From that fund, scholarships were awarded to over 27,000 poor students with a total amount of over 10.1 billion VND; and 149,000 excellent students were rewarded with a total amount of over 17.7 billion VND. In addition, the Association for the Promotion of Education at all levels also has forms of material support for schools such as donating equipment, planting trees, donating land, etc.
