General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong will pay an official visit to the Republic of Singapore.

According to the announcement of the Central Party Committee's Foreign Affairs Commission, General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong and a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation will pay an official visit to the Republic of Singapore from September 12 to 14, 2012.

The visit was made at the invitation of Prime Minister of the Republic of Singapore, Secretary-General of the People's Action Party (PAP) Lee Hsien Loong.
