General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong congratulated the people of North Korea on their efforts to overcome many difficulties and achieve important victories in the cause of national construction; he expressed his belief that under the leadership of the Workers' Party of Korea headed by Mr. Kim Jong-un, the people of North Korea will continue to achieve even greater new achievements in the cause of national construction of the DPRK.
