Traffic Construction Corporation 4 thoroughly implements Central Resolution 5 (Session XI)
(Baonghean.vn) -On July 27, the Party Committee of the IV Traffic Construction Corporation held a conference to disseminate Resolution 5 of the 11th Central Committee and review Party building work in the first 6 months of 2012.
At the conference, comrade Bui Dinh Sam - Deputy of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, thoroughly grasped the main contents of the Central Resolution 5 (term XI), which are: Conclusions onSummary of the implementation of the 1992 Constitution and the contents of the 1992 Constitution amendments; Summary of Resolution of the 9th Central Committee, Session 7, on continuing to innovate land law and policy during the period of accelerating national industrialization and modernization; Continue to implement Resolution of the 10th Central Committee, Session 3, on "Strengthening the Party's leadership in the work of preventing and combating corruption and waste"; Salary issues and orientations for salary reform until 2020.

Next, the conference reviewed the Party building work in the first 6 months of 2012. Despite many difficulties in the economic recession, the Party Committee of the Corporation has directed the implementation of many set targets. In production and business, the output value reached over 3,600 billion VND and the revenue reached over 3,500 billion VND. Many large projects have been completed and handed over, while undertaking the construction of key domestic projects, fully fulfilling obligations to the state and creating jobs for workers.
In the work of party building, a training course for 66 outstanding people was organized, and 43 party members were considered for admission. The Party Committee of the Corporation has studied and thoroughly grasped the 3rd Central Conference; Resolution of the 4th Central Conference (Session XI) "Some urgent issues in party building today". Also at the conference, delegates proposed solutions and key tasks of the Party Committee in the last 6 months of 2012.
