Mr. Ho Le Duc:Song Lam Nghe An's consistent strategy is to try to use only players trained by the club itself. In particular, we are promoting the rejuvenation of the squad. Therefore, last season, Song Lam Nghe An's domestic players were mostly very young players (most of them were between the ages of 18 and 23). Last season, with a young domestic squad, Song Lam Nghe An had to struggle to stay in the league.

However, early exposure to top-level football will help players gain more experience, thereby maturing faster. Therefore, if we successfully implement this strategy, we hope that Song Lam Nghe An will perform well and achieve good results in the following years.

Mr. Ho Le Duc:As known, Song Lam Nghe An is the club with the youngest average age in V-League 2023/24 (22.7), but the players are very conscious in training, always trying to assert themselves. They have matured quickly through each match. Many players are only 18-20 years old, but when given the opportunity, they have completed their tasks well and created trust for the coaching staff and fans. They have shown remarkable progress, playing maturely and confidently. This is the premise for Song Lam Nghe An to have better results in the coming seasons.

Song Lam Nghe An's confidence in young players when boldly using them to compete in the V-League not only helps the club have quality human resources in the following seasons but also contributes effectively to the national teams. The proof is that in the recent training session, many players playing in the Song Lam Nghe An first team were called up to the U19 Vietnam team. In addition, besides keeping striker Olaha, we will recruit 2 more capable foreign players to help Song Lam Nghe An improve their performance in the 2024/25 season.

Also in this new season, Song Lam Nghe An is promoting to invite a foreign fitness coach and technical director. This is a very important step to help the team have a solid foundation, maximize internal strength, and thereby compete more stably in a fierce football environment like V-League.
