After 10 years of implementation, the two sectors have done a good job of exchanging information, inspecting and summarizing the implementation of the annual coordination program. Strengthening the construction and consolidation of the national defense, building a strong armed force, implementing social policies and military rear policies well, improving the quality of Veterans Associations at all levels. The highlight is that the Provincial Military Command and the Provincial Veterans Association have coordinated with all levels and sectors to propagate and mobilize people to build and improve the effectiveness of the political system at the grassroots level, strengthen national defense and security, actively participate in socio-economic development, hunger eradication and poverty reduction, prevention and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters...
The two sides also determined that in the coming time, they will continue to effectively implement Joint Circular No. 109, contributing to building a solid political and ideological position among the people, protecting the Party, protecting the government, people's lives and property, and security and order in the area.
