Summary of the 2015 "Military Semester" program

(Baonghean.vn)- On the evening of June 9, at the Military School of Military Region IV (Nam Anh commune, Nam Dan district), the closing ceremony of the program "Semester in the army" 2015 took place.

After 5 years of implementation, the "Military Semester" program has attracted the attention of parents and the participation of students. The 2015 Military Semester is an experiential course, helping young people have a useful and interesting summer vacation, practicing moral skills, manners, sense of organization and discipline, and gaining practical experience to become useful citizens for their families and society. This course with the participation of 350 students divided into 7 companies, 9 platoons and 27 squads at the Military School of Military Region IV.

During 10 days of studying and training with the theme "Learning to be a soldier", students learn regulations, orders, formation review, outdoor marches, swimming lessons, skills training and practice camping in the forest, how to hang hammocks, increase production, etc.

These are profound lessons on moral training, self-reliance, self-improvement, self-cultivation so that each individual student can build a healthy lifestyle, with strict discipline through implementing 11 daily regimes. Train soldiers to be diligent, know how to advise and help each other, know how to build and promote team spirit, and know how to listen to other people's opinions.
