Summary of the 2016 Nghe An Binh Than Spring Newspaper Festival

(Baonghean.vn) - With the theme: "Celebrating the Party - Celebrating Spring - Celebrating the renewal of the homeland - Celebrating the success of the 12th National Congress of the Party", the Binh Than Spring Press Festival 2016 of Nghe An province, co-organized by the Nghe An Journalists Association - Department of Information and Communications, Vinh City People's Committee, was a great success.

This year’s Binh Than Nghe An Spring Newspaper Festival has 12 booths of agencies and units. The Provincial Journalists Association has proactively ordered 63 types of central newspapers, with a quantity of 820 copies. The booths are invested, elaborate and creative.

In addition, the Provincial Journalists Associations, resident agencies, representative offices of central, industry and provincial newspapers sent to Nghe An Spring Newspaper Festival 550 issues of Tet newspapers, Spring newspapers, Magazines, Special Editions, newsletters... to enrich the content and diversify the forms for display and introduction at the Spring Newspaper Festival and reading room.

After 2 weeks of the Binh Than 2016 Spring Newspaper Festival, thousands of readers came to read the Spring newspaper, creating excitement and connection between the public and the press before the new Spring.

The Organizing Committee awarded 11 booths and beautiful newspaper and magazine covers of press agencies (including 8 A prizes including Nghe An Newspaper, Nghe An Radio and Television Station, Nghe An Labor Newspaper, Military Zone 4 Newspaper, Nghe An Police Newspaper, Nghe An Culture Magazine, Song Lam Magazine, Vinh City; 3 B prizes: Que Huong Ngay Nay Magazine, Nghe An Science and Technology Magazine, Nghe An Electronic Information Portal) and 6 groups and 8 individuals with outstanding achievements in participating in the Binh Than Spring Newspaper Festival.
