Summary of the patriotic emulation movement in 2022 of the Internal Affairs - Armed Forces bloc of Nghe An province

In 2022, responding to the emulation movement launched by the Ministries, branches and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the agencies in the Internal Affairs - Armed Forces sector have developed plans to implement the plans of the sector as well as each unit. The organization and implementation have created motivation for the collectives to strive and excellently complete the set political tasks.

The conference affirmed,patriotic emulation movementThe 2022 Emulation Campaign of the Internal Affairs - Armed Forces Bloc has received attention from leaders and organizations with many innovative contents, forms and measures; creating changes from awareness to action of cadres, civil servants, soldiers and employees, contributing to improving the quality and efficiency of professional work.

Many units have taken the initiative to launch emulation movements in batches and on special topics associated with political events and major national and industry holidays, creating breakthroughs in organizing and implementing political tasks with clear results.

The movement's content closely follows political and professional tasks, associated with the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the 19th Nghe An Provincial Party Congress, in the context of the country's situation having many improvements, the Covid-19 epidemic is basically under control.

At the conference, the units frankly pointed out the limitations such as the emulation movement in some units is not deep, there are not many measures, good practices. The work of discovering, building and replicating advanced models and typical examples that have the effect of replicating in the force and industry is still limited. Some advanced typical examples in the Emulation movement to win are not very sustainable.

At the conference, the Emulation Bloc of Internal Affairs - Provincial Armed Forces also agreed on the main key tasks of 2023, including: Continuing to organize, launch and well implement regular and peak emulation movements to strongly promote the completion of emulation contents, goals and targets in 2023; thoroughly raise awareness for cadres, civil servants and soldiers about emulation and reward work; coordinate with functional agencies to promote propaganda on mass media, build and honor typical advanced examples; promote social charity work, organize visits and give gifts to policy families and families in difficult circumstances.

At the conference, representatives of the units also commended and proposed to award the Emulation Flag of the Provincial People's Committee in 2022 to 2 units: the Provincial People's Procuracy and the Department of Justice. At the same time, commended and proposed to award the Government Emulation Flag to the Department of Justice.

Also at the conference, the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department handed over the head of the emulation cluster of the Internal Affairs - Provincial Armed Forces to the representative of the Provincial Military Command.
