Focusing on building an increasingly solid provincial defense zone; actively participating in natural disaster prevention and control, search and rescue, epidemic rescue and other emergency tasks, contributing to building the army and strengthening national defense to protect the Fatherland.

Colonel Dinh Bat Van:The Party and State conferring the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces (for the second time) is a great honor and pride for many generations of cadres and soldiers of the armed forces of Nghe An province, and at the same time is the recognition of the Party, State and Army for the great contributions of generations of cadres and soldiers in the cause of national liberation struggle, building and defending the Fatherland.

This is not only the result of efforts, sacrifices, and the past, but also the responsibility of the present and the future, and a strong motivation for the provincial armed forces to excellently complete the assigned tasks. To maintain and promote the achievements, the provincial armed forces need to effectively implement the following solutions:
