Kiev continues to violate the Minsk agreements
When discussing the issues of the internal crisis in Ukraine, the two presidents noted the importance of full and unwavering compliance with the 2015 Minsk package of measures and other agreements, including in the "Normandy format".
The Russian President drew attention to the fact that Kiev continues its course aimed at breaking the Minsk agreements. This is evidenced by the provocative actions of the Ukrainian armed forces in the conflict zone, including the use of the Bayraktar unmanned attack vehicle. The need was stressed that Kiev must abandon all attempts to influence Donbass.
