The accusations were made three months after Ankara shot down a Moscow Su-24 fighter jet near the Syrian border.
Speaking to a group of officials in the capital Ankara, broadcast live on television, Mr. Erdogan also declared that the People's Protection Units (YPG) and their political wing - the Kurdish Democratic Union Party (PYD) - must be excluded from the ceasefire process in Syria.
The Turkish president also expressed concern that the US-Russia plan to stop fighting in Syria would favor government forces and their supporters, due to the ambiguity in terms regarding the Syrian opposition.
He said Türkiye welcomed efforts for a ceasefire in principle, but accused the US, the European Union (EU), the United Nations, Iran and Russia of shameful actions in Syria by directly or indirectly allowing President Bashar al-Assad's forces to kill civilians./.
