President Trump is obese
The results of the annual health check on February 8 showed that the 72-year-old US President weighed more than 110 kg, an increase of 2 kg compared to 2018.
According toReuters, weighing 110.2 kg, Mr. Donald Trump is classified as overweight or obese. However, Sean Conley, the doctor responsible for examining Trump's health, affirmed that the US President is still in good health and can continue to maintain it throughout his term.

According toAFP, Mr. Trump's resting heart rate is 70 beats per minute, hBlood pressure 118 over 80. Both of these numbers are within normal range.The 72-year-old President's liver, kidney and thyroid functions were fine. The electrocardiogram results were the same as in 2018.
According to Dr. Mariell Jessup, chief scientific officer of the American Heart Association, Mr. Trump has a 17% risk of cardiovascular disease in the next 10 years, mainly due to age and a slight increase in cholesterol, from 120 to 122.
To ensure health, Dr. Robert Eckel, former president of the American Heart Association and cardiologist at the University of Colorado, recommends that Mr. Trump lose about 10 kg and lower his cholesterol below 100.
Mr. Trump loves fast food and soft drinks, and does not use tobacco or alcohol - the direct cause of at least 30 diseases. He does not absolutely follow the doctor's advice, but still takes steps to improve his health, such as eating more fish.
In addition, Mr. Trump plays golf regularly. Scientists have shown that golf brings many benefits such as burning calories, relieving stress and improving sleep quality. The US President also often walks on the White House grounds.
