US President Donald Trump called on residents to leave the capital Tehran immediately.

According to RIA Novosti on June 17, writing on the social network Truth Social, US President Donald Trump called on everyone to leave Iran's capital Tehran immediately.
"Iran had to sign the 'deal' that I asked them to sign. What a shame and a waste of human life. Simply put, Iran cannot have nuclear weapons. I have said it over and over again. Everyone should leave Iran immediately!", the US President said.
Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of the G7 Summit, President Trump expressed confidence in Iran signing an agreement on Tehran's nuclear program, warning that otherwise "something will happen".
Reuters reported on June 16 that the US aircraft carrier Nimitz had left the South China Sea and was moving west amid the conflict between Israel and Iran. Military Watch magazine reported that US Air Force KC-135 and KC-46 tankers were leaving their bases in unprecedented numbers, perhaps meaning their movement could mean they will join the conflict.
President Donald Trump is expected to give Iran a "final chance" to sit down at the negotiating table amid the escalating conflict between Israel and Iran, the Jerusalem Post reported, citing US and European sources.
Iran has strongly suggested that it seeks to end hostilities and resume talks on nuclear issues, sending a signal to the United States and through intermediaries, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing officials from the Middle East and Europe. In addition, the Islamic Republic would be willing to return to the negotiating table if the United States does not join Israel's attacks.
