US President Donald Trump announced that the US has no longer provided aid to Ukraine.

According to RIA Novosti on November 11, US President Donald Trump told reporters at the White House that the US no longer funds Ukraine, but Kiev will receive aid through the provision of weapons from NATO.
"We're not pouring money into Ukraine anymore. Now we're even getting paid through NATO," President Donald Trump told reporters on November 10 (Washington time).
At the same time, Mr. Donald Trump expressed his opinion that the situation in Ukraine no longer poses a threat of large-scale conflict.
"If I were president, this war would never have happened. And if I were not president, this war could have led to a third world war. Above all, this has not happened and will not happen" - the US President emphasized.
Earlier, on July 14, 2025, President Donald Trump announced a new military assistance plan for Ukraine. Accordingly, Washington sells weapons to NATO allies in Europe, they pay for it to the US, and then transfers it to Kiev. The first package will include not only missiles, but also Patriots. Many opinions say that some countries will send their complexes to the Ukrainian Armed Forces, then the allied countries will supplement their missing arsenals.
Germany was one of the first countries to support this initiative. However, German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius said that the entire process of transferring weapons to Ukraine would take many months. Meanwhile, France, Italy, Hungary and the Czech Republic have refused to participate in the White House owner's plan.
On the Kremlin side, spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that President Donald Trump's idea was purely business-oriented. And Europe declared its readiness to spend a lot of money on weapons to provoke further conflict. Moscow said that there had been no discussion about long-range missiles from the US to Kiev.
