Ukrainian President preparing to flee?
Former Ukrainian Economy Minister Vladimir Lanovoy believes that current Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko is preparing to flee the country. He wrote about this in an article for Glavred magazine.
According to him, the Ukrainian president is "actually prolonging the war" in the country, because this "brings him huge profits."
Lanovoy also said that Mr. Poroshenko intends to sell the Leninskaya Kuznitsa plant.
"Together with the information that the declared huge cash income has increased 82 times over the past year, this allows us to conclude that Poroshenko is preparing to 'defect' from Ukraine because of the hopelessness of the election campaign," he wrote.
At the same time, the former minister said that Mr Poroshenko "will be held responsible for the military, corruption and violations of the Constitution".
