Ukrainian President Zelensky makes people laugh at conference on reform of the country

The head of state opened his speech by welcoming the meeting participants in English, then said he would continue in Ukrainian.
"Hello. Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau, dear friends, ladies and gentlemen. That's it. From now on it will be Ukrainian," Zelensky said in English. Laughter immediately broke out in the hall.
