Vinh City: Enforced eviction of 4 households with tax arrears in Truong Thi ward

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of June 29, Vinh City Tax Department organized the enforcement of tax administrative decisions by seizing assets of households with tax arrears in Truong Thi ward.

In Truong Thi ward, there are 4 business households that have not complied with their tax obligations, have been slow to pay, and have outstanding tax debts for a long time. They are Mrs. Nguyen Mai Anh, a hairdressing and shampooing business; Mrs. Nguyen Thanh Diep, a food service business; Mrs. Bui Thi Hue, a grocery store business; and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Doai, a car wash service business, with a total tax debt of over 193.7 million VND.

Although, many times of propaganda and mobilization, the above households still do not comply.

Vinh City Tax Department has issued a decision to enforce tax administration by seizing and auctioning assets. During the enforcement process, 3 households voluntarily paid their tax debts in full with the amount of 126 million VND. Ms. Nguyen Mai Anh's household refused to pay taxes and even had their employees resist and assault the officers on duty.

The working group has drawn up a record to seal all assets and handle them according to the provisions of law.
