1. At Le Mao Ward.
- On November 4, 2014, at 2:00 p.m., the Traffic Police Department, No. 02, Le Mao Street, dumped garbage on the sidewalk and roadside.
2. In Ben Thuy ward.
On November 17, 2014, at 8:00 a.m., Ben Thuy Primary School, No. 30, Phong Dinh Cang Street, brought the garbage truck to the collection point at the wrong time; instead of leaving the garbage on the truck, the garbage was dumped, affecting the environmental sanitation in the area.
3. In Hung Phuc ward.
- November 19, 2014, at 9:00 a.m., BBQ restaurant 136, Nguyen Van Cu street, dumped trash on the sidewalk and roadside (about 1 garbage truck).
- On November 20, 2014, Lap Vinh bakery, number 270, Nguyen Van Cu street, dumped paper towels, sandwich paper, and plastic bags on the sidewalk in violation of regulations.
4. In Hung Binh ward.
- On November 12, 2014, at 10:00 a.m., Y Ly flower shop, No. 68, Le Hong Phong street, dumped branches, leaves, and fresh flowers on the sidewalk and roadside.
- On November 27, 2014, at 4:00 p.m., Tailor Shop No. 199, Nguyen Van Cu Street dumped scraps of fabric on the sidewalk and roadside.
