Vinh City, 2015 recruited 150 young men to join the army

In 2014, Vinh City was evaluated by the Province as having done well in recruiting citizens to join the army with 140 young people, achieving 100% of the assigned target. In 2015, the Province assigned the City a target of 150 young people to join the army. To do well in recruiting citizens to join the army, Vinh City set out a number of key contents: Implementing the correct recruitment process with enough quantity, improving quality and ensuring safety and savings, achieving 100% of the assigned target.
