Continuing the plan to inspect State administrative discipline and order according to Directive 17-CT/TU of the Provincial Party Committee and Directive 10/CT-UBND of the province, on the morning of December 25, the inspection team led by comrade Le Anh Son, Deputy Chief Inspector of the province, inspected at Vinh City People's Committee.

The delegation inspected the number of personnel and compliance with working hours of officials and civil servants of Vinh City People's Committee.

Officials and civil servants of Vinh City People's Committee strictly comply with the regulations on office culture.

The delegation directly inspected the departments, offices, and one-stop-shop units of the City People's Committee. Next, the delegation divided into 2 groups to directly conduct surprise inspections at the wards and communes: Truong Thi, Hung Binh, and Hung Loc.

The City People's Committee's attack team has seriously organized the dissemination of the contents of Directive 17 of the Provincial Party Committee and Directive 10 of the Provincial People's Committee. In addition, the city regularly inspects and reminds the implementation of these contents in wards and communes.

The one-stop shop of Truong Thi Ward People's Committee is neatly arranged and spacious, creating convenience for people to come and do transactions.

The one-stop department of Hung Loc Commune People's Committee fully publicizes the hotline number on administrative reform.

Officials and civil servants of Vinh City People's Committee andWards and unions found that the dissemination and implementation of the contents of Directive 17 were relatively complete, with full promulgation of regulations on office culture and working regulations; the one-stop department's facilities were fully and neatly arranged; cadres and civil servants strictly followed working hours, and there was no drinking or smoking during working hours.

However, the addition and amendment of regulations to suit requirements has not been done regularly.

The administrative procedures have not been fully publicized by Truong Thi Ward to facilitate people to know and implement.

The inspection also pointed out some limitations such as: the addition and amendment of office culture regulations and one-stop department regulations have not been carried out regularly; there are still civil servants who do not wear badges, name tags are not complete, and the hotline number for administrative reform has not been made public.

The inspection team informed the inspection results to Vinh City People's Committee.

At the meeting, Mr. Dau Vinh Thinh, Vice Chairman of Vinh City People's Committee acknowledged the comments as well as the shortcomings and limitations pointed out by the inspection team; at the same time, he promised to direct departments, offices, wards and communes to promptly overcome the above shortcomings.
