Truong Thinh Construction Import Export Trading Joint Stock Company rented a location at 22 Tran Quang Dieu Street, Truong Thi Ward - Vinh City and has abandoned its business address and this location is currently running a coffee business.

After abandoning its business address, Truong Thinh Construction Import Export Joint Stock Company continued to rent a location at No. 22, Lane 83, An Duong Vuong Street, Truong Thi Ward - Vinh City to establish a company office, but this enterprise has also abandoned this business address.

Currently, in Vinh City, there are 3,594 businesses that have ceased operations, dissolved, or gone bankrupt and have closed their tax codes. Of which, in 2014, 139 businesses abandoned their business addresses and still owed taxes, taking their invoices with them; in 2015, there were 87 businesses.

Enterprises abandoning their business addresses and still owing taxes, taking along invoices, makes it difficult for tax authorities to collect tax debts.

Hong Hoan Waste Treatment Joint Stock Company at No. 4, Ngo Tri Hoa Street, Ben Thuy Ward owed nearly 1.3 billion VND in taxes and left the business address, taking the invoice with it.

The situation of enterprises abandoning their business addresses is likely to lead to illegal invoice use and invoice trading, causing damage to society (although when an enterprise abandons its business address, the tax authority has notified the competent authorities, and the unused invoices of the enterprise are no longer valid).

Infrastructure Construction Company 558 rented an office at 179 Phong Dinh Cang Street but did not operate; its private house in Truong Thi Ward was also often closed.

Through checking and verifying tax declaration records, Vinh City Tax Department discovered 13 enterprises with signs of creating fake invoices and using illegal invoices and promptly transferred them to Vinh City Police for investigation and handling according to the law.
