Vinh City: Serious traffic accident

The motorbike (license plate 38-N1 020.81) driven by Tran Duy Phu (born in 1993) and his friend (identity unknown) was traveling from the south towards Xo Viet Nghe Tinh Avenue. At the Le Nin-Duy Tan intersection, the motorbike ran a red light at high speed, suddenly encountered a 4-seat car (license plate 37S - 1898) from the west going east, causing a serious accident. As a result, Tran Duy Phu died on the spot, and his friend was taken to the hospital for emergency treatment. The strong collision caused the motorbike to spin 360 degrees, causing severe damage, and the entire front third of the car's bumper, headlights, etc. were severely damaged. The accident attracted hundreds of curious onlookers, causing traffic congestion, and the traffic police had to work very hard to ensure traffic safety.
