Vinh City: Cutting down trees, pruning branches, lowering tree height before storm season

(Baonghean.vn) -Over the past few months, Vinh City Parks and Trees Company has mobilized hundreds of working days to prune overgrown, unbalanced branches and cut down some trees at risk of falling on some streets such as Nguyen Van Cu, Nguyen Du, Le Duan, etc.

This is to prevent unfortunate accidents that affect traffic, power grid and communication systems, especially threatening people's health and lives when trees fall during the rainy and stormy season; at the same time, to preserve and protect the tree system in the city.

On the morning of July 20, more than 20 workers of Vinh City Parks and Trees Company continued to trim and lower the height of some trees on Phan Dinh Phung Street. During the process of trimming trees, ensuring safety for road users was taken seriously and branches and leaves were collected as they were trimmed, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
