On the afternoon of September 12, Vinh City People's Committee issued Plan 207/KH-UBND on implementing Decision No. 3327/QD-UBND dated September 12, 2021 of the Provincial People's Committee on adjusting epidemic prevention and control measures.Covid-19.

Accordingly, in addition to switching from social isolation according to Directive 16 to social distancing according toDirective 15Vinh City People's Committee continues to maintain 14 checkpoints at the gateways of Vinh City; at the same time, maintain 29 checkpoints and controls at traffic routes connecting to neighboring communes and districts and absolutely do not allow people and vehicles to pass through, but guide people and vehicles wanting to enter or exit Vinh City to go to 14 checkpoints established by the City People's Committee to be considered for entry or exit.

These groups of vehicles must continue to strictly comply with epidemic prevention regulations, must ensure full documentation such as: travel permits, vehicle identification cards, must ensure distance and in some cases must also have a negative SARS-CoV-2 test certificate valid within 72 hours.
