Vinh City gives gifts to support forces to prevent and fight Covid-19 epidemic
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of June 14, Vinh city leaders presented gifts to forces on duty to prevent and fight the Covid-19 epidemic in Ha Huy Tap ward and Nghi Duc commune (Vinh city).
After the area had 1 positive case of Covid-19, Ha Huy Tap ward mobilized all functional forces and local authorities to partially block off blocks 3, 4, 5, 6 and blocks 8, 9, 10 and 11. The chemical defense force of Military Region 4 mobilized 4 specialized vehicles to spray disinfectant in the entire blocked area related to the positive case of Covid epidemic. By 7:00 p.m. on June 14, the entire Ha Huy Tap ward had 6,000 people tested.

In order to promptly encourage the team working on epidemic prevention and control, Vinh city has allocated 100 million VND from the Covid-19 prevention and control fund to support Ha Huy Tap ward. At the same time, 20 million VND was given to the force on duty at the quarantine area of Nghi Duc Commune Health Station (Vinh city).
On this occasion, Vietlott Lottery Company also presented Ha Huy Tap ward with 150 anti-droplet glasses for the force on duty to prevent and fight the epidemic.
