Reply to the petition of Ms. Ho Thi Lan, Dinh Son commune (Anh Son)
Considering the report and proposal of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment in Official Dispatch No. 4455/STNMT-TTr dated November 3, 2014 on handling the results of the inspection and review of the complaint of Ms. Ho Thi Lan, residing in Hamlet 5, Dinh Son Commune, Anh Son District, Nghe An Province (complaining about the People's Committee of Anh Son District granting a Certificate of Land Use Rights to Mr. Nguyen Viet Thuan including part of the land area of Ms. Lan's family).
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee commented as follows:
Regarding this incident, on July 25, 2014, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Anh Son district issued Conclusion No. 06/KL.UBND regarding the content of the complaint of Ms. Ho Thi Lan about the People's Committee of Anh Son district granting the Certificate of Land Use Rights to Mr. Nguyen Viet Thuan in 2010 in violation of the law, in which it concluded that the granting of the Certificate of Land Use Rights to Mr. Nguyen Viet Thuan was not in accordance with the procedures and granted a part of the road area. On that basis, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Anh Son district assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to advise the People's Committee of Anh Son district to cancel the Certificate of Land Use Rights granted to Mr. Nguyen Viet Thuan to reissue it in accordance with the law.
To ensure the rights of citizens, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requests the Chairman of the Anh Son District People's Committee to organize the implementation of the above Inspection Conclusion 06/KL.UBND dated July 25, 2014, and publicly notify citizens according to the provisions of law.
