The sectors and functional forces have regularly strengthened inspection and handling of violations in the field of wholesale and retail of tobacco products.

Directing the Customs to strengthen control at border gates, border areas, trails, and openings; directing the market management force to strengthen management of the domestic market, regularly inspect and strictly handle organizations and individuals trading, storing, and transporting smuggled e-cigarettes and heated tobacco; directing the police force to establish special projects to combat smuggling rings and groups of e-cigarettes and heated tobacco and strictly handle organizations and individuals trading, storing, and transporting smuggled e-cigarettes, heated tobacco, and laughing gas.
