At the same time, Bui Minh Khoi (born in 1992) and 5 friends also came to the pub. Because they thought the female employee would only come in to serve for a while and then go out, when calculating the bill, Phuc's group only tipped the female employee 100,000 VND. Seeing that, a member of Khoi's group provoked and said that Phuc's group tipped "poorly". A fight broke out between the two groups.conflictleading to a fight, the restaurant staff also joined in.
Because they were at a disadvantage, Phuc's group ran away and then called more people (including Doan Thanh Tuan) to bring weapons back to the restaurant to take revenge.
Here, Phuc's group saw Mr. S talking to a female waitress. Phuc realized that S was the one who gave the weapon to the staff in the restaurant to beat Phuc's group earlier, so he rushed in and used the weapon to attack S, causing S to collapse on the spot and then leave.
S was taken to the hospital for emergency treatment but did not survive. After examining the scene and taking witness statements, Thu Duc police investigated and arrested 4 members of Phuc's group and continued to investigate related individuals.
