Transformer station electric leak electrocuted cow to death

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of April 13, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Bao (Hamlet 17, Nghi Phu Commune, Vinh City) discovered that his cow had been electrocuted to death at the transformer station in the Nghe An oil and gas apartment complex under construction.

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tung, Deputy Chief of Nghi Phu Commune Police, said that the investor's representative, the Oil and Gas Project Management Board, along with representatives of Vinh City Electricity and Mr. Bao's family, had agreed on a compensation plan. Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Bao said that his family's cow was pregnant and was about to give birth, and the Project Management Board compensated Mr. Bao 30 million VND.
