The incident occurred at around 9am in the premises of the Nghia Son Commune Health Station. It is known that due to a previous conflict, Mr. Le Huu Doai (born in 1974), Head of the Nghia Son Commune Health Station, used a knife to slash two female employees of the same agency, Ms. Nguyen Thi Quynh Nga (born in 1977) and Le Thi Dien (born in 1966), injuring them. After chasing and slashing two employees at the agency, Mr. Doai ran to a neighbor's house and crashed into the wall to commit suicide but failed. Everyone promptly took all three people to the Tay Bac General Hospital of Nghe An province for emergency treatment.
