Providing laptops for provincial People's Council delegates

(Baonghean.vn) -From the 5th session of the 16th Provincial People's Council (July 11, 20212), each delegate of Nghe An Provincial People's Council is equipped with a laptop for work purposes.

Right at the ongoing session (July 11-13), delegates were provided, used, and installed with software providing internal documents of the Provincial People's Council. After two days of meetings, many delegates immediately exploited the utility of this tool. Delegates can also question via the machine or send questions to the Presidium. The provision of laptops comes from the proposal of the People's Council delegates to enhance the application of information technology, increasing the working efficiency of the Provincial People's Council delegates.

At this session, all documents were sent to each delegate’s email box along with paper documents (traditional) so that delegates could gradually get used to them. From the next session, sending paper documents will gradually decrease, saving hundreds of millions of VND for printing, copying documents, transportation costs, especially documents are updated quickly, promptly serving the Provincial People’s Council meetings.
