(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of June 8, Division 324 (Military Region 4) directed units to organize the oath-taking ceremony for new soldiers in 2018.

This year, the Division received new soldiers from 6 provinces, in 54 districts, towns and cities, 13% more than previous years. To train new soldiers to achieve the goal, the requirements are: Units thoroughly understand the training orders of the Military Region Commander, instructions of the Division; Actively prepare materials, teaching models, consolidate training grounds, lesson plans, lectures and train 100% of cadres from Squad to Battalion; Train proficiently in 4 exercises of bare hands, exercises with guns, 8 basic standing positions, 16 martial arts movements, exercise 1 of single bar, parallel bars, frog swimming technique; AK shooting training exercise 1, explosives exercise 1, grenade throwing exercise 1.

After 3 months of training with the motto "Overcoming the sun, overcoming the rain, training enthusiastically", the units have completed the content and training program for new soldiers as a basis for continuing to train new, higher content in the coming time.
As a result, the AK shooting test, lesson 1, was good, grenade throwing and explosives test, lesson 1 was excellent, ensuring absolute safety. After the oath-taking ceremony, the units organized to stabilize their organization and then entered the first-year soldier training program.
