At the flag-raising ceremony and the New Year meeting, Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Ha - Commander of the Provincial Military Command read the New Year greetings from the Minister of National Defense. At the same time, he commended the agencies and units for strictly maintaining combat readiness during the New Year, organizing New Year activities for the troops to be happy, healthy, safe, economical and highly combat ready.
In addition, the Commander of the Provincial Military Command also requested agencies and units to promote achievements and results, overcome limitations and shortcomings, strive, unite, build strong and comprehensive agencies and units, build a clean and strong Party organization and excellently complete all assigned tasks.
