(Baonghean.vn) -At 11:30 a.m. on September 25, on National Highway 1A (km 410+00, hamlet 16, Dien Yen commune, Dien Chau), an accident occurred between two cars, causing damage to the front of one of the cars, causing traffic congestion for more than 2km.
Sand truck with license plate: 37C-04.421, driven by Mr. Vuong Dinh Minh (born in 1990, residing in Nghia Dan district, Nghe An), was traveling from Vinh to Hanoi. At the above location, to avoid another sand truck that was backing up to dump materials, it turned the wheel to the opposite side of the road. At that moment, a refrigerated truck with license plate: 29C-02.450, driven by Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tuan (born in 1985, residing in Soc Son, Hanoi), traveling in the same direction, could not handle the situation in time and crashed into the back of Mr. Minh's car (37C-04.421). The accident did not cause any casualties, the refrigerated truck 29C-02.450 had damage to the front and stalled, causing a local traffic jam on National Highway 1A for over 2 km.
The refrigerated truck had its front end crushed.
It is known that the location of the accident is a “black spot” where many traffic accidents have occurred. In addition, due to the accumulation of materials blocking the flow, every time it rains, this area is submerged in water, with a high risk of accidents.
