Giving 100 Tet gifts to poor households in Nam Dan

(Baonghean.vn) - On the occasion of the upcoming Lunar New Year, on the afternoon of January 7, Nghe An Red Cross Society,Fatherland Front Committee of Nam Dan districtCoordinated with Coca-Cola Beverage Company to organize Tet gift giving for poor households and social welfare beneficiaries of Nam Phuc commune (Nam Dan).

A total of 100 gifts, each worth 600,000 VND (including 500,000 VND in cash and 100,000 VND in kind of candy) were given to poor households, Agent Orange victims, and people with disabilities in the commune.

Nam Phuc is a commune in the southern region of Nam Dan district, with 716 households, of which the poverty rate is 6.5%. The recent flood has severely affected the commune, making her production and life more difficult.
