Awarding 19 First Prizes at the 2021 Nghe An Province Math Club Competition for Children
(Baonghean.vn) - The contest has created an intellectual, healthy, and useful playground for students who love and are passionate about Mathematics.
On the morning of April 24, the Department of Education and Training held the Closing Ceremony and awarded prizes to the 2021 Nghe An Province Math Club Competition for Children.

This year's Childhood Math Club competition had the participation of 270 primary and secondary school students from 46 teams, of which Vinh City, Thanh Chuong, Quynh Luu, and Con Cuong each sent 4 teams to participate.
According to the organizers' assessment, althoughcompetitionThe exam was organized in a very new format, but in the basic individual test, the candidates completed the exam very quickly.

The club competition was the most exciting part of the competition and required contestants to read and understand the questions in English, calculate quickly, and handle situations that arose. However, the participating teams demonstrated their teamwork skills, and had smooth cooperation and sharing among the team members.
The main purpose of the contest is to create an intellectual, healthy and useful playground for students who love and are passionate about Mathematics and have interesting experiences.

At the same time, it creates opportunities for students and teachers in the province to meet, exchange, share, and contribute to developing teaching capacity in Math, Foreign Languages, cooperation and teamwork.
Through the contest also creates motivation to promote the movement of innovation in teaching methods of Math,Englishin educational institutions, helping localities to effectively improve the quality of teaching and learning.foreign languages.

The contest is also an opportunity for the Department of Education and Training to re-evaluate the results of teaching and learning in schools. Through this, it also shows that there is still a gap in student quality between regions in the province, especially the gap in English proficiency.

At the end of the competition, in the individual competition, the Organizing Committee awarded Gold prizes to 17 primary and secondary school students, Silver prizes to 34 contestants, Bronze prizes to 57 contestants and Encouragement prizes to 113 contestants. In which, the contestant with the highest score was Tran Tien Dung - Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Primary School (Hung Nguyen) with a perfect score of 100 points.
In the Club competition, the Organizing Committee awarded 2 first prizes, 4 second prizes and 11 bronze prizes. In which, the first prize belonged to Vinh A City Primary School and Do Luong Secondary School.
