Representative of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism awarded first prize to the authors.

According to the Organizing Committee's assessment: The contest has created a useful playground for children, discovered talents for long-term training in the fine arts industry, contributing to the educational and aesthetic process for students in schools. In particular, many paintings have shown creative thinking about content, feelings about art, about life with innocent, naive, simple but very lively emotions.
