(Baonghean.vn) - During nearly 20 days of working in Truong Sa archipelago, central and local reporters and journalists across the country have done a good job of propaganda, actively contributing to the cause of building and protecting the sacred sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland.

Afternoon of January 5, in Cam Ranh City, Khanh Hoa Province,Naval Region 4 Commandawarded the Medal and the Truong Sa Soldier Badge to individual reporters and journalists who completed the visit, presented gifts and wished a Happy New Year at the islands of Truong Sa archipelago (Truong Sa district, Khanh Hoa province).

After nearly 20 days at sea, the ships returned to Cam Ranh Military Port, Khanh Hoa Province on January 5, completing their mission on the Truong Sa archipelago.

Joining the working delegation of the Naval Region 4 Command, in addition to the main task of propagating the sovereignty of the sea and islands, reporters, journalists, and members of the Club for the Homeland's Sea and Islands also visited, encouraged, gave gifts, and exchanged cultural performances with the soldiers and people on the islands.

Through information and articles, reporters and journalists have contributed to bringing the warmth and affection of the mainland to officers and soldiers at the island points of Truong Sa archipelago and bringing the voices of officers, soldiers and people here back to the mainland.

Rear Admiral Ngo Van Thuan, Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of Naval Region 4, emphasized: This long-term mission left behind many good and unforgettable emotions about the lives of soldiers and civilians on Truong Sa island district. Although the voyage was long and stormy, with the determination, efforts and enthusiasm of each officer and soldier on board and members of the working delegation, the mission on Truong Sa archipelago was a great success.
