At the working session, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Hong Chau presented the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to comrade Pham Trong Hoang - Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Tuong Duong District Party Committee.
