Comrade Nguyen Huu Lam - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, presented the decision to appoint Comrade Nguyen Thanh Hien, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, former Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Anh Son district to hold the position of Principal of the Provincial Political School.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Huu Lam requested comrade Nguyen Thanh Hien and the Party Committee and Board of Directors of the School to unite and work together to complete the task of building Nghe An Provincial Political School into a Center for training and fostering cadres, linking theory and practice, organizing training courses to update knowledge for cadres at all levels of the province, meeting the requirements of industrialization and modernization of the country and the province.
