Handing over the personnel decision of the Central Internal Affairs Committee
On the morning of March 5, the ceremony to announce and award decisions to the Deputy Heads of the Central Internal Affairs Commission was held in Hanoi.

Mr. Nguyen Van Quynh, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Commission, announced Decisions No. 686/QD-NSTW and No. 687/QD-NSTW dated January 31, 2013 of the Politburo; Decision No. 667/QD-NSTW dated January 9, 2013 of the Secretariat on the transfer and assignment of work for those holding the position of Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission.
Mr. Phan Dinh Trac, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the 13th National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province, stopped participating in the Nghe An Provincial Party Executive Committee to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission.
Mr. Nguyen Doan Khanh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Phu Tho province, ceased to participate in the Phu Tho Provincial Party Executive Committee to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission.
Mr. Pham Anh Tuan ceased his position as Deputy Chief of the Standing Office of the Central Steering Committee on Anti-Corruption to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Committee.
On behalf of the Politburo, the Secretariat and the leaders of the Central Organizing Committee, Mr. To Huy Rua congratulated those who were trusted by the Politburo and the Secretariat to mobilize, assign and appoint to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Committee.
Mr. To Huy Rua emphasized that the re-establishment of the Central Internal Affairs Committee is an objective requirement, affirming political determination, which has been carefully considered by the Politburo and the Secretariat, meeting practical requirements and the expectations of the masses. The functions and tasks of the Internal Affairs Committee are very large, placing very high demands, requiring the leadership team of the Central Internal Affairs Committee to promote their capacity and work experience, uphold their sense of responsibility, courage, and high determination.
Mr. To Huy Rua believes that with the new responsibilities, the Deputy Heads and Head of the Committee will try their best to build a united and strong Central Internal Affairs Committee, doing a good job of advising the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat on major policies and strategies in the fields of internal affairs and anti-corruption.
On behalf of the Deputy Heads of the Central Internal Affairs Commission, Mr. Phan Dinh Trac expressed his gratitude to the Politburo and the Secretariat for entrusting him with the new responsibility; affirmed that he will unite, work together, constantly learn, cultivate and improve his knowledge and skills, maintain his mettle, excellently complete his tasks, and together with his comrades in the Central Internal Affairs Commission, fulfill his responsibility well before the Party and the people./.
