After announcing the President's Decision, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Xuan Duong, on behalf of the provincial leaders, pinned the Meritorious Teacher Badge; Comrade Le Van Ngo - Director of the Department of Education and Training and Comrade Tran Van Ky - Chairman of Nghe An Education Trade Union presented flowers to 13 Meritorious Teachers who had just been awarded.
