Mr. Ho Xuan Phuc, a pre-uprising cadre, former Head of Nghe An Fisheries Department, former Secretary of the provisional Party Committee of Nghe An Party's civil agencies, was awarded the Third Class Independence Medal by the Party and State for his achievements in revolutionary activities, building and defending the socialist Fatherland of Vietnam. Authorized by the President, comrade Nguyen Trong Chan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Civil Affairs awarded the Third Class Independence Medal to Mr. Ho Xuan Phuc.
