Comrade Nguyen Huu Lam - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee attended and awarded the 70-year Party membership badge to party member Phan Huu Thinh (alias Hanh) - a pre-uprising cadre in Party Cell 4, Quynh Doi commune.

Comrade Nguyen Huu Lam presented the 70-year Party membership badge to comrade Phan Huu Thinh.

Party member Phan Huu Thinh was born in 1927 and joined the Party in February 1947. He joined the Revolution in 1945 and worked as a cadre for the National Salvation Youth and Viet Minh in Quynh Doi commune.

Having held many positions such as propaganda officer of the Lien Viet Front of Nghe An Province; chief of office of the Nghe An Provincial Front; chief of office, Head of the Propaganda Department of the Quynh Luu District Party Committee; Deputy Head of the Department of Party History and Party Building of the Central Nguyen Ai Quoc Institute (now the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics); Senior expert of the Central Party Propaganda Department in charge of a facility of the Nguyen Ai Quoc Institute... Comrade Phan Huu Thinh has always shown the loyalty of a communist to the Party, always been a shining example, educating his children and grandchildren to promote revolutionary traditions, and striving to build his hometown of Quynh Doi to become more and more prosperous and civilized.

At the same ceremony, Quynh Luu District Party Committee and Quynh Doi Commune Party Committee awarded 55-year, 50-year, 40-year and 30-year Party membership badges to party members in Quynh Doi Commune Party Committee.
