Also this morning, the working group of the Criminal Investigation Department (PC52) escorted 6 fugitives from the Southern provinces to the headquarters to hand over to relevant units. The fugitives arrested this time include Nguyen Dinh Binh (born in 1984, residing in Thanh Khai commune, Thanh Chuong), Le Thi Thuy (born in 1969, residing in Nghi Loc), Tran Minh Duong (born in 1983, residing in Gia Rai, Bac Lieu), Truong Thi Loan (born in 1977, residing in Nghi Yen commune, Nghi Loc), Vo Huu Hung (born in 1982, residing in Nhan Son, Do Luong) and Le Van Nam (born in 1969, residing in Hung Tien, Nam Dan).

Notably, Le Van Nam was on the run for 22 years. Nam participated in 8 local robberies and then escaped in 1993. While on the run, Nam applied to work as a contract teacher at a school in Song Be province (now Binh Phuoc province). At the time of his arrest, Le Van Nam was the Deputy Head of the Training and Vocational Training Department of the Binh Phuoc Province Continuing Education Center.

Tran Minh Duong was prosecuted by the Vinh City Police Department for illegally trading invoices and documents for payment to the State budget. Although he is only in 5th grade, Duong is already the director of Tan Loc Thanh Trading and Service Company Limited (headquartered in Hung Dung Ward, Vinh City). Within just 1 year (June 2010 - July 2011), Duong's company caused the State to lose 3.2 billion VND in taxes. After learning that the incident was exposed, Duong quickly fled. Recently, Duong was arrested by the wanted force while hiding in Ho Chi Minh City./.
