Return property to the people

(Baonghean.vn) - On March 5, 2012, the Department of Criminal Police and Social Affairs of Nghe An Police returned property to two cases, Mr. Quach Van Dau (born in 1954, residing in Thanh Xuan Trung ward, Thanh Xuan district, Hanoi) and Mr. Le Canh Manh (born in 1987, residing in Khai Son commune, Anh Son district, Nghe An) that had been lost in the past.

Previously, on February 28, 2012, through traffic control work, the Traffic Police Team of the Traffic Police Department (PC65) discovered a young man driving a Wave@ motorbike with license plate 29G1-090.45 violating traffic regulations. Immediately, the patrol team signaled to stop the vehicle, but the young man threw the motorbike away and ran away. At the scene, through inspection, a black leather briefcase was found on the vehicle, inside were 2 sets of clothes, a gold ring and some other related documents. Immediately after that, the patrol team brought all the evidence to the police headquarters for investigation and verification.

Through professional measures and coordination with Hanoi City Police, the Traffic Police Team determined that the origin of the above vehicle belonged to Mr. Quach Van Dau, at the above address, which was stolen on February 26 while he parked his vehicle in front of a kiosk to go shopping.

Continuing to verify the address on the identification documents contained in the briefcase, the police identified the owner of the briefcase as Mr. Le Canh Manh, who had it stolen on February 28 when he left it at an electronics repair shop in Ben Thuy ward, Vinh city.
