According to public opinion and our observations, when traffic participants show signs of violating the Road Traffic Law, even common violations such as turning right or left without using turn signals; stopping or parking at a red light on the wrong side of the road; vehicles without rearview mirrors; overtaking on the wrong side of the road..., they are all reminded and punished by the Vinh City Traffic Police. When "whistled", reminded, and punished, many traffic participants are surprised because they have been driving like that for a long time without being reminded or punished by anyone, or they think that such a small and minor violation would be unjustly punished.
Obviously, the implementation of the "campaign" to restore discipline and order in traffic safety by Vinh City Police in recent days is commendable.
This is the right policy, both building a "traffic culture" for traffic participants and creating awareness of law compliance among the staff and soldiers of the industry when performing their duties, contributing to ensuring traffic safety, avoiding negative incidents that public opinion has long believed that traffic police "tweet" whoever they want!
