During the dialogue, five villagers from Van Ha successively spoke, citing unjustified reasons for not sending their children to school in protest against the merger of the smaller school branches into the main school. These reasons included long distances, children's poor health, parents being busy with work and lacking money for gasoline to transport their children to school, and economic difficulties preventing them from paying for their children's boarding school programs.

After listening to the opinions and discussions at the dialogue, Provincial Party Secretary Ho Duc Phoc concluded: The policy of merging the Van Ha branch school into the main Quang Son Primary School to develop comprehensive education is entirely correct and consistent with the provincial and local school network planning. The Provincial Party Secretary requested that parents in Van Ha village take responsibility for cooperating with the school and the community in ensuring their children have access to education.

Regarding some of the difficulties raised by parents in Van Ha village, the Provincial Party Secretary instructed the local government, the Education sector, and relevant departments at all levels to continue implementing solutions to support transportation, boarding school, tutoring, and transportation assistance for children whose parents are busy and unable to take them to school. At the same time, he instructed the police force to investigate, clarify, and strictly punish those who incite or instigate actions to prevent children from attending school and those who engage in acts of vandalism against citizens' property (burning straw, destroying rice crops, etc.) in accordance with the law.

It is evident that the authorities and organizations at all levels have created the best possible conditions for students in Van Ha village to return to school as soon as possible. All necessary conditions regarding school buildings, teachers, roads, transportation, and boarding facilities have been met. Therefore, there is no longer any reason for parents in Van Ha village to refuse to fulfill their responsibilities and obligations as parents: to agree to their children returning to school. Those who incite and encourage preventing students from attending school, hindering the comprehensive development of children and affecting security and order in the area, will sooner or later receive appropriate punishment for their unethical and illegal actions.

At this point, all the conditions for the children of Van Ha village to attend school are ready, and no one, for any reason whatsoever, can prevent them from exercising their right to education.
