(Baonghean.vn) -Regarding the fact that 48 students in Van Ha village, Quang Son commune, Do Luong district have not been able to go to school for more than a year, on the afternoon of October 7, in Vinh city, comrade Ho Duc Phoc - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee had a dialogue with 5 people from Van Ha village (including 3 parents, 2 grandfathers and uncles whose children and grandchildren have not yet gone to school).

The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that parents of Van Ha village must have the responsibility to coordinate with the school and society in ensuring that their children can go to school.
