“Joining hands for children in the highlands of Nghe An” is a charity program launched and implemented annually by the PA61 Department, Nghe An Provincial Police on the occasion of Lunar New Year and summer since 2012.
This time, the unit joined hands with businesses to bring early Tet gifts to children and poor people in Tri Le commune through many meaningful activities: Repairing the kindergarten and primary school in Pa Khom hamlet; organizing cultural exchanges and giving warm clothes, books, and toys to 85 students; giving 28 gifts including warm blankets, green Chung cakes, and necessities to especially disadvantaged households to celebrate Tet. The total value of gifts is more than 70 million VND.
Giving Tet gifts to the people, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Hoai Nam (Deputy Head of Department PA61 - Nghe An Provincial Police) wished the people good health and to work hard to quickly escape poverty and have a warm and happy Tet.
